Allegro is one of the world's leading providers of
energy trading and risk management solutions built
for power & gas utilities, refiners, commodity
traders. The company is over 25 years old with it’s
HQ in Dallas, Texas. Allegro with its aggressive
growth plan is expanding globally. It has locations
in Calgary, Houston, London, Madrid, Rotterdam,
Singapore, and Zurich.
The Need
The company wanted to quickly ramp up its workforce
in London, Zurich and Singapore. The company needed
a Global Account Director (GAD) in London and a
couple of Senior Account Executives who would be
based out of Zurich and selling to the Nordic and
Mediterranean countries.
The Challenge
The company had a couple of challenges. The GAD
position had been open for some time. All of the
jobs needed a solid understanding of the German or
Spanish language. Furthermore, all needed a sales
background in the enterprise software space selling
preferably to utility and energy companies
