Global Talent Acquisition Account Manager
Location: New Delhi
TackyMinds is a US based talent acquisition support
firm whose role is to find full time talent for
global companies around the world. Regions where we
source include BRIC, EMEA, APAC and the Americas. We
are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who can
manager multiple global accounts. We are a rapidly
growing global sourcing firms with clients all
across the globe. Be prepared to manage clients in
Italy, Switzerland, UK, US, Australia, Singapore and
even right home in India. You will be a great
communicator who can manage client expectations and
can work with the delivery team to ensure execution
takes place. While a background in recruiting is
preferred it is not mandatory. Typical delivery
teams are made up of 3 to 5 recruiters/sourcers.
Each account has a dedicated delivery team attached
to it which is managed by the team lead. As the
owner of the account your role is to ensure the
delivery team delivers as per client needs.
Role:
Manage and own multiple accounts.
Negotiate with delivery to ensure deliverables are
met.
Manage client expectations.
Motivate, provide direction and ensure client
goals/objectives are met.
Manage client expectations through regular
communications.
Consult with the client to improve their talent
acquisition process.
Required:
Minimum of 7+ years experience working in any
industry.
Experience as an account manager with multiple
accounts.
Great communication and negotiation skills.
Hard working, strong work ethics. Does whatever it
takes to get the work done.
Internet savvy and very
comfortable with the use of technology.

Global Sourcing/Internet Research Specialist
Location: New Delhi/Dallas
Seasoned sourcers who can hit the ground running for our US based clients. Our
coverage is nationwide. We serve large Fortune 100 companies to mid size smaller
players. The right candidate will be further trained in advanced sourcing and
internet research technology and processes.
Role:
You will be actively involved in building candidate pipelines for pipeline job
profiles.
You will be sourcing the internet, job boards and networking sites.
You will contact, engage and nurture candidate relationships using emails and
calling.
Your main point of interaction will be the client based recruiter.
You will produce weekly status reports both for internal and client usage.
Required:
Excellent writing skills (applicant will be tested on English usage and grammar)
Great communication skills
Superior internet research skills (we will test you on the Google search engine)
Ability to synthesize and analyze data
Preferred:
Understand of advanced Boolean strings
Experience with any CRM based tools.
Business Development Manager
Location: Nationwide
Nationwide business development managers who can solicit and generate new
accounts with Fortune 100 and smaller companies. Our extensive experience
with sourcing coupled with a low cost value proposition and guaranteed
results is our core differentiator.
Role:
Business development activities using CRM based tools.
Work the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Required:
Solid experience in business development activities.
Ability to interact and engage with C level management.
Prefer:
Any RPO sales experience.
